As a result, Individuals who are Black, Latinx, South Asian, Pacific Islanders, Indigenous, or Women remain in cycles of poverty because of systemic racism and sexism in financial systems.
Since 2022, CULTURPHORIUM has provided education and coaching on grant funding, grant writing, and funding advocacy principles to increase investment among those underrepresented in the arts + culture sector.
